Appointments

All appointments are scheduled by contacting our reception staff on 3846 5511.

Confirmation of your appointment is done via sms, email and telephone calls depending on your preference. We appreciate you advising us as soon as possible if your appointment is no longer convenient.

An initial consultation appointment is required and following that treatment will generally consist of a series of appointments. We endeavor to accommodate your appointment preferences by pre-booking all of your treatment appointments where possible.

Payment for appointments is required on the day.

We have the HICAPS facility available for claiming private health insurance benefits and we accept cash, cheque, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Initial Consultation Appointment

We ask that you bring your referral and current x-ray to your consultation appointment.

If you don’t have an x-ray please notify our reception staff and we can arrange to send you a referral to have one taken prior to your appointment.

You are also asked to complete a medical history form prior to your consultation appointment. You can download this form above and return it to us by email or bring it to your appointment.

Our specialists will conduct an examination and make an assessment of your prosthodontic needs. In some instances, diagnostic records will need to be obtained.

A treatment plan and fee estimate including health fund item numbers will be prepared for your individual needs. If your treatment requires a referral to another dental specialist, this can be arranged on your behalf if you wish.

We encourage you to provide feedback regarding your experience with our practice.

Consideration will be given to any complaints to determine if further investigation is required and we will notify you of the outcome of this or any further internal investigation.

Following completion of their prosthodontic treatment, your patients will be advised to return to your care for their ongoing dental treatment and maintenance.
